Colonial Lunch

The Panecillo or also known as Shungoloma at the time of Quito ancestors. It invites you to admire the best view of Quito. Enjoy with  us  a   our  through  the  traditional  neighborhoods and discover the characters that inhabited them, the origin of their names and best kept secrets.All of this while you delight a delicious traditional lunch.



Your experience begins with the story of one of the iconic characters from the Colonial time, while being served a delicious appetizer, prepared with Andean products. We arrive to the End of the World Church (Basilica) and we will enjoy our exclusive traditional drink, Canelazo freeze.


Continue our tour through the narrow streets of told Town, through La Plaza del Teatro, Calle Guayaquil, Plaza and church of Santo Domingo, while tasting our traditional locro, prepared with a special potatoe.


The  path  that  leads  to  Shungo  Loma,  (Virgen  del  Panecillo)  will  be accompanied by the stories and lives of the characters of Quito. 


With  a  spectacular  Old  Town  view, taste our very traditional and Quiteño style main course with Grandma's recipe. Finally a delicious dessert go along with us as while we cross La Plaza del Toro and return to our starting point.
